I will clean all suburbs within 25km's of Brisbane CBD with some exceptions for large jobs further a field.  

Yes.  High Pressure can certainly damage.  Careful application of pressure is required, knowing the surface that is being cleaned, ie old or new concrete, timber vs brick etc.  Various factors are involved but exterioring cleaning isn't always about having the highest pressure.  Each job & surface the pressure used will vary.

I choose to run my machine at a maximum of 2800 PSI.  Others will run 4000+ however this introduces higher to damage even on the hardest of concrete.

In Pressure Cleaning, water flow is a major factor in cleaning power.  The more water flow the greater the cleaning capability.  It is measure in litres per minute.  My machine has excellent water flow therefore i'm able to keep my PSI down removing the risk of high pressure

We provide all equipment and machinary but we do connect to your mains water supply.  No power source is needed.

We do ask that if you can clear the area for cleaning, this will reduce the time to clean and cost to you.  If you are unable, that's okay too.

Payment can be either cash or direct deposit.  I'll provide an invoice with all the payment details.  All invoices include GST.

No you don't.  As long as I can gain access to the site and water.  I'll advise when I've arrived and left your property for your peace of mind.
